Description of Work
This project consisted of the replacement of 128,000 square feet of existing roof and insulation and installation of new water tight insulation and a roofing membrane with a multi-year warranty. Roof areas 1 thru 12 and roof area 20 were replaced, as well as sealant in concrete wall panels along grid #7 on the north side of the wall. Other work included selective demolition, installation of insulation, flashings and counter flashings and a roofing membrane. Safety training was provided to the work crews by GCC’s OSHA Safety employee.
