Description of Work
This government project consisted of the renovation of a single-story, brick building with approximately 12,383 square feet of space. The specific scopes included interior selective demolition, interior and exterior lead and asbestos abatement, roof membrane modifications, demolition and replacement of the HVAC system, upgrades to the fire alarm system, and installation of a mass notification system. The sidewalk was renovated and repaired, including the installation of a ADA ramp. The exterior of the building was power washed and the landscape was maintained for added aesthetic value.
