GCC's success is greatly dependent on the function of their seven Superintendents, each who come with 15 to 20 years of construction experience. The Superintendents are accessible and in constant communication with the customer, and their working crews and subcontractors. GCC's Superintendents work to maintain a seamless process, capitalizing on their expertise and leadership capabilities. Their experience also lends the foresight required to circumvent potential obstacles before they arise, keeping their crews and projects on task through completion. Each Superintendent thoroughly understands the project and contract specifications, including OSHA regulatory requirements. The Superintendents are GCC's site liaison between their crews and the customer and place great value in maintaining open communication and solid relationships between both.
